Target Building and Construction is a Shropshire based company which specialises in ground works and Civil engineering.
The company combines experience with professional personnel to offer an unbeatable service. We always aim to deliver even the most complicated of schemes on time and within budget.
The business has been operating since 2012, owned and controlled by 3 directors with a combined 70+ years of experience in construction.
As a business we work hard to develop lasting relationships with our clients and our business has grown largely from repeat work.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Target Building & Construction Ltd provide all aspects of groundworks, that enables us to cover various projects within the industry.
Including, but not limited to:
- Roads,Sewers and Rail Projects
- Commercial and Residential Projects
- Reinforced Concrete Structures and Formwork.

- 360’s ranging from 1.5t to 14t
- Loading shovel/Dozers
- Dumpers from 1t - 10t
- Low loader for convenient and reliable mobilisation and demobilisation.

PREVIOUS PROJECTS
RAIL PROJECTS
Target Building & Construction won the tender for multiple phases of improvements around Allerton TMD.
The picture shows the removal of a concrete pedestrian ramp that had been deemed unsuitable for purpose. This was a project which was noise sensitive due to it being a working depot, had strict time restrictions along with limited working room.
During the removal of the ramp the depot was still operational, live lines to the bottom third of the depot were isolated allowing us to work safely.
Once the ramp had been cut into liftable sections these were hoisted onto an RRV and removed to a location away from the maintenance shed.
Project was completed safely, on time and on budget!

COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Rybrook Mclaren, Solihull.
This was a prestigous contract, where high standards of workmanship were expected and were duly met by our team.
Target Building & Construction Ltd were in turn then offered to price the Rybrook Land Rover site in Stoke which we went on to win with the groundworks package completed in March 2020.
PRIVATE PROJECTS
We also offer our services to private residential projects.
The picture shown is of a clients house completed in Pant, near Oswestry, Shropshire.
